Jim is responsible for prospecting, training, and supporting funeral directors, preneed agents, and partner agencies. Jim excels at identifying opportunities, offering effective products, and providing marketing strategies and support that help funeral homes grow and thrive.

Jim has a comprehensive and well-rounded background in the funeral profession, having served as a licensed Minnesota funeral director, casket sales representative, preneed sales agent, and agency owner. His deep understanding of the funeral industry combined with insight into the revenue pressures funeral directors face, the realities of competition and consolidation, and the need for stronger market presence enables him to deliver meaningful solutions. This breadth of experience positions him exceptionally well for his role as Preneed Sales Director.

Jim resides in Owatonna, Minnesota. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, hunting, motorcycling, and spending quality time with his two grandsons and his wife, Julie.
