Caitlyn Hendricks

Caitlyn began as a Marketing Intern before taking on her full-time position as Marketing Specialist, where she plays a key role in supporting both client engagement and internal operations. Her daily responsibilities include managing and fulfilling client and company gift requests, preparing and shipping materials for events, and maintaining inventory. She also prints and binds reports and is currently training to assist with social media initiatives. When time allows, she contributes to a long-term client data entry project, applying her analytical background to enhance internal systems.

Caitlyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with an emphasis in Statistics from the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay, where she also minored in Actuarial Science and Business Administration. In her time as a Krause Marketing Intern, Caitlyn built a strong foundation for her transition into a full-time role. She became familiar with internal processes and gained hands-on experience with daily marketing tasks such as report preparation and shipping logistics. This early exposure allowed her to build confidence, take ownership of key responsibilities, and step seamlessly into her current role.

Known for her attention to detail, empathy, and problem-solving skills, Caitlyn values honesty, integrity, and dependability in her work. She enjoys the balance of independent tasks and collaborative teamwork and appreciates the opportunity to continually learn within the marketing field.

In her free time, Caitlyn enjoys spending time with her partner, family, and friends, as well as playing video games, tending to her aquariums and plants, painting, and playing guitar.
