Collin started at Krause as a Benefits Planner in 2017 before moving into his current role as Sales Director. On any given day, he can be found overseeing and developing the Sales team as they educate and provide solutions for elder law attorneys across the country. As Sales Director, Collin develops and incorporates sales strategies, enhances client retention, and guides the sales staff as they work with attorneys on their crisis planning cases.
Collin graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and earned his MBA from Columbia Southern University. He has prior experience working in sales and customer service roles, which have prepared him for providing the best products and service to our clients throughout the Medicaid planning process. Collin also has his Certification in Long-Term Care (CLTC).
Each day, Collin focuses on providing quick and accurate responses to his team as well as our clients. He is always willing to go above and beyond to help the sales staff deal with the tougher transactions, such as speaking with the custodian companies for IRA rollovers and exchanges. In addition to offering unique solutions to our clients, Collin aims to provide the utmost customer experience for every case. His organization, dedication, and determination drive him in his job as well as accomplishments like earning his MBA.
In his free time, Collin enjoys golfing, attending sporting events, and going to the beach in the summer. He also loves spending time with his wife, Sarah, and their three kids, Cam, Ben, and Olivia.
