Jim Wolverton, J.D.

Director of Legal Education

If you need someone to help you break down a tricky legal question related to the complexities of Medicaid and long-term care, Jim is a reliable expert. Prior to joining the Krause Financial team, he ran his own law firm and served as the Director of Education for ElderCounsel. He’s also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and the Colorado, Utah, and Florida Bar Associations.

Currently, Jim leverages his background in legal education to speak at events around the country and teach attorneys how to implement estate planning and elder law tools into their practices.
