What To Expect

  1. 1

You can either complete the referral form on this page yourself or share the consumer-friendly version with your client to fill out. Once submitted, both you and your client will receive a confirmation email.

  2. 2

From the confirmation page or email, your client will have the option to schedule a call with our in-house long-term care insurance specialist, Mary Sizemore. If a call isn’t scheduled right away, Mary will proactively reach out to your client to arrange the consultation. The call can take place via video conference or phone call, depending on your client’s preference.

  3. 3

During the consultation, your client will meet with Mary to discuss their long-term care planning goals and explore available insurance options.

  4. 4

After the consultation is completed, you will be eligible to receive a referral fee. If this is your first time receiving a fee through this program, you’ll need to complete and return the Program Guidelines and Acknowledgement packet before payment can be issued. Additional details on payment timelines and procedures are available in the packet linked below.

  5. 5

If your client decides to proceed with purchasing a long-term care insurance product, Mary will continue to serve as their primary point of contact throughout the process.
