As an Administrative Specialist, Cadence works with the Administration team to upload insurance applications, mail out policies, draft cover letters, and update client information as needed. She also answers phones and acts as the first point of contact for many of our clients, answering payment questions and directing calls to the appropriate person.
Cadence attended the University of Wisconsin–Superior and Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and is working toward a degree in Solar Energy Technology. She has previously worked as a receptionist, which provided her with experience in data entry, customer service, and handling phone calls – all skills she uses in her current role.
Cadence is a quick learner and has great attention to detail. She appreciates being able to utilize her customer service skills and takes advantage of every opportunity to learn more about the job and this industry. Cadence also enjoys being able to work as part of a team in a friendly and ethical environment.
